Bright sunny morning with a splattering of snow under foot, looked lovely until you went out in it! Brrrr!
Headed out for coffee with M to discuss a few sites and then to take photos of them. I managed to avoid most of the hail showers except one little light one. A few of the sites were really really mucky, trudging through one of them I met a builder coming the other way kitted out in his rigger boots. 'You would need your welly boots a day like this.' he said. 'Too right.' I replied, 'I am starting to suffer from trench foot as we speak.'
My car was minging by the time I got home so before I had even gone into the house I decided to give it a wash. I knew if I went inside and got a cuppa I probably wouldn't get back out again. H arrived home from school, L headed off to work, we are like ships passing in the night. H and I visited my parents to hook up with my cousin who was calling there for a while, then home dinner and I have to work tonight.
