Apart from my house feeling like a dumping ground most of the time I have noticed how people seem to be just dumping rubbish everywhere at the minute. Perhaps L doing this project on lost and found items has drawn my attention to it but just today I spotted a whole load of kids toys and rubbish dumped over a 7' fence into building ground. You would think the effort of chucking it there would be enough to encourage people to just stuff it in their bin or take it to a dump. At the same place I sat behind a woman in a car puffing her brains out on a cigarette, blowing smoke out the window and then while in the queue of traffic waiting to move she adjusted her interior mirror to check and fix her hair. She then continued sucking on her cigarette until the traffic light changed, she threw the butt out onto the road, drove off and then decided to fix the mirror so she could actually see who was behind her. Seriously it is no bloody wonder there are accidents on the road when you see how stupid people can be in cars.
