Today I covered 160 miles doing site photographs, oh how I enjoy a really good days drive. Still lots of places knee deep in snow and my trust GPS didn't let me down and as always took me off the beaten track, my Dad would be horrified at some of the routes it took me today. I enjoy it, seeing different places instead of just straight down the motorway. I used my new lense to get some great wide shots of the sites, worked a treat. I made a little friend at one of the sites, a honking big boxer dog. Every time I stopped to take a photo he was there leaning up against my leg waiting to be stroked, big sop! I kinda got caught up in rush hour traffic on the way home but was able to duck and dive a little bit down a few side roads and dodge the worst of it. I had very mucky feet and soggy jeans by the time I got home. Felt so good to get into my pj's.
I got a couple of messages from H, she misses me! Bless :) When she is here sometimes we fight like cat and dog but she still misses me! Awww. Seems she has swollen legs but was able to go down the Green slope which took her mind off her ankle. I shudder to think!
L took her friend out for a birthday treat to Greens Pizza and I just got a hug from her friend to thank me for telling her about it. Seems she really loved the food. :)
