Ok, so my little road traffic accident seems to have turned into something of a farce. I rang J two days ago to inform her my total damages amount to £150, damage to the car plus loss of earnings. I rang her again today and she took this holier than thou attitude with me on the phone actually made me feel like scum. I was all nice on the phone and just said I was ringing to find out what she wanted to do about it. 'Well I will be sending you a reply in writing.' was her reply. Err, okay I thought we could settle this without involving insurance companies but it would appear not? 'You will have a letter either tomorrow or the next day and that is all I am prepared to say.' Ok fair enough, he hung up. SHE fecking hung up, like it was MY fault she isn't capable of propelling a vehicle without hitting things! Aghghghghghg! Bad start to the day. I have a lesson soon with the poor pupil who was driving when the daft cow hit us! :-/ the face of a very naffed off me!
Camera club tonight, first place in the black and white and first place in the colour section. We have a very strong beginners section biting at our heels which is good keeps everyone on their toes and makes you work a little harder at getting the shot. Our straight talking judge tonight was a hoot, really nice man who tells it like it is. We may or may not agree with judges and really like this guy said you take the photograph for you, you take what YOU like and if it works in a competition then it is a bonus.
The girls were away to see Derek Acora doing his spirity ghosty thing on stage. So they were home with all sorts of stories and things to tell.
